I ironically asked the same question to someone yesterday!
You basically have to like a page on facebook (if you already like it, then unlike the page and then like it again so that it shows you like it on your page). Then you printscreen it, paste it on a paint app, crop it, and then you upload it on tiny pic to get the code. http://tinypic.com/
